DELIVERY COSTS

We know it's no fun having to wait for a delivery, which is why we pride ourselves on our fast and efficient delivery service. We've now got a couple of options for our delivery service, these options are:

• Standard delivery - 3-7 Working Days: £3.95.
• Free Standard delivery when you spend £50 or more.

RETURNS!

Once you have received your order you are not able to return any items that have been used. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to discuss a return with us - to contact us to discuss a return email hello@artgeckosketch.com

If you return items in accordance with the above we will reimburse to you the payment received for that item(s) minus the cost of delivery and returns. If the goods are returned in unsaleable condition we may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss of value of any goods supplied. We will reimburse you no longer 14 days after we receive the goods back from you. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We not process any payments until we have received the goods. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please email us if you have any queries.
